Professional artists are invited to apply to HIGH TIDE LOW FLUX, a two-part summer exhibition opening:

*June 22 – 26 July — Gerlesborg Konsthall (Northern Bohuslän)
*August 15 – 6 Sept — Galleri Thomassen (Gothenburg)

The exhibition engages with high tide / low flux in its natural, material, and expanded interpretations.

Submission:

Please submit before the 10th of May 2026 to hightidelowflux@gmail.com

A PDF (max 6 MB) including:
*A short description of the work(s) you propose to present
*1–5 images of the work(s) including:
-material
-measurements
-instructions for installation
-year of work
-price
*A brief motivation (max. 150 words)
*Link to online platform and/or CV

Logistics (mandatory):
-Artists are responsible for transporting their works to and from Galleri Thomassen.
-All accepted works must be delivered between 7-15th of June or by special agreement.
-Failure to meet this deadline will result in exclusion.

Exhibition Format:
-Participation in the two-part exhibition does not guarantee that all artworks will be shown at both locations. Due to logistical considerations, curatorial selection, and potential sales, some works may only be exhibited at one venue.

General:
-Professional artist or currently studying in or newly examined from a higher art education. All ages and backgrounds who fit into the above description are welcome to apply.
-Out over applicants, artists will also be selected via invitations
-In the event of a sale, proceeds will be split 50/50 between the gallery and the artist. The gallery’s commission covers exhibition costs, promotion, and sales handling.
