The Bird Project 2006 – 2017. Since 2006, Berglin has put up thousands of hand cut pictures of birds in scale 1:1 all around the world. Berglin now wrap up his project after 12 years with this exhibition and the publishing of a large book.

Erik Berglin (b.1980 in Sundsvall), lives and works in Stockholm, Sweden. Berglin holds an MFA from the University of Photography (Academi Valand) in Gothenburg (2010). His work can be found in the collections of Hasselblad Center, Gothenburg Museum, Sundsvalls Museum and Statens Konstråd. He has been published in Dazed & Confused, Paletten Art Journal, Hyperallergic, Contemporary Swedish Photography (Art and Theory Publishing), Den här datorn – Svensk Datakonst 1983-2015 (Rojal Publishing).
